‘La Compagnie du Riz’ was created in 2003 to import rice from the first organic and fair-trade program in northern Thailand. Over the years, its founder Magali Bryla, a determined woman who has spent her entire career in the food industry, has selected the very best of Asian street food for the European market: great local organic rice, coconut milk, curry pastes, typical soy sauces…
20 years later, ‘La Compagnie du Riz’ created The French Noodle Factory to manufacture authentic gluten-free Asian rice noodles in France, in the heart of the Alps.

Unique know-how
We have developed a processing tool that is unique in Europe, inspired by traditional Asian know-how. We have optimized the manufacturing process, in particular the delicate cooking and drying stages, to get a very high-quality product. Our rice noodles have a delicate flavour and a light texture that are typical of Asian rice noodles!
In our gluten-free factory, we use a high-quality rice from Asia, grown by small-scale rice farmers. They use bio-regenerative farming methods that save water and preserve biodiversity.
